As many of you know, Dom is a passionate supporter of Mind, the mental health charity dedicated to providing support and raising awareness for mental health challenges.
If you attended Bludfest last year, you might have noticed their booth and the important resources they offered to fans.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Edward Whelan, Communications Assistant at Mind, for kindly sharing valuable information that could be a great help to anyone in the UK seeking mental health support.

We have around 100 local Mind branches across England and Wales. They offer local services such as groups, workshops, counselling, advocacy, benefits advice, support for young people and more.
You can find if there is a local Mind near you using this map: Find your local Mind.
We campaign for better mental health services and to end the stigma of mental health problems. If you’d like to get involved in our campaigning work, find out more here: Our campaigns
As you can see, Mind is deeply rooted in communities across England and Wales, making it likely that there’s a branch near you. No matter where you are, remember that help is always within reach. Never hesitate to reach out and call; we all face tough times, and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Let’s continue supporting each other and spreading the message that no one has to face their struggles alone.
I would also love to share interview Dom had with Mind this past summer.
